DESIGN
Preparing design documentation that takes account of the building’s architectural features, the client’s requirements and building regulations.

Facade works are one of TECHNOFORMA Group’s core business areas. To fully realise the beauty, architectural expression and performance of ventilated facades, we offer to undertake the installation ourselves, drawing on more than 10 years of experience in this field.

We carry out our work in accordance with applicable building regulations and strictly observe agreed schedules.
We offer a full range of turnkey exterior finishing works:

Preparing design documentation that takes account of the building’s architectural features, the client’s requirements and building regulations.

Using modern thermal insulation materials to help minimise heat loss from the building.

Installing reliable, durable structures from leading manufacturers.
We use GFRC, natural stone and porcelain stoneware for facade cladding, and also work with other cladding materials.
We take particular care and apply a high level of expertise to GFRC facades. They offer strength, resistance to external conditions and environmental safety, while allowing both contemporary and classical architectural styles.
Glass fibre reinforced concrete combines a cement-based matrix with glass fibre reinforcement. It is used to make facade panels, cornices and other elements with complex shapes and pronounced relief. The texture and colour are selected to suit the building’s architecture.
Natural stone gives a facade its character through the stone’s pattern, colour and surface relief. The stone type and finish are selected to suit the building’s architecture. Panel dimensions and the fixing arrangement are defined by the project.
Porcelain stoneware is a ceramic material made by pressing and firing a mineral mixture. Facade panels come in different formats and textures, from plain colours to stone patterns. The panel layout and fixings are selected to suit the panel dimensions and facade construction.
Key factors affecting cost
The larger and more complex the facade, the greater the scope of work and material consumption.
Cleaning, removing old finishes and repairing damaged areas may increase the cost.
Thermal insulation may increase the overall project cost.
Bespoke architectural solutions generally increase the project cost.
Urgent orders may require additional resources.

The final cost of facade works is determined individually after a site inspection and agreement on all project details. We guarantee transparent calculations, justified pricing and adherence to the agreed schedule.
