NATURAL STONE CLADDING

Natural stone

TECHNOFORMA Group has delivered natural stone projects for more than 15 years, covering every stage from design and stone selection to layout planning and on-site installation.

Our capabilities

We bring design, manufacturing and installation together in one natural stone project cycle.

Our service cycle combines an individual approach to each project, precise design and 3D visualisation, manufacturing of building materials, fast delivery and professional installation of any complexity.

The company has manufacturing and warehouse facilities near Moscow. Modern, advanced equipment for processing limestone-group stones (sandstone, shell limestone, dolomite and limestone) and hard stone makes it possible to accelerate and improve order fulfilment.

The company has a large team of designers and 3D visualisation specialists. The department works in two areas:

1. It studies clients’ architectural solutions, calculates the scope of work and material quantities, prepares estimates, proposes installation systems or develops options for the client’s substructure;

2. It offers turnkey facade delivery: developing the architectural concept, producing it and then installing it.

Before installation begins, our own surveyors visit the site and later join the installation team. Throughout the works, we provide professional designer’s supervision to ensure that the project meets the specification.

Selection starts with the building design and the conditions the cladding will face.

Appearance

Colour, pattern and surface finish are coordinated with the overall facade composition.

Cladding geometry

Element sizes and layout are coordinated with openings, corners and junctions.

Installation conditions

The fixing arrangement considers the substrate, facade construction and design loads.

Scope of work

The budget is established after the material, substrate preparation and installation scope are agreed.
